Dynamic Leasing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Leasing Consultant to join our team at Elmington. As a key member of our community, you will play a crucial role in executing a successful lease up strategy while managing day-to-day operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with people and has a strong background in leasing. You will be responsible for effectively communicating with prospects, residents, vendors, and your market to promote our community and its offerings.

• Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience

You will work closely with our Community Director to achieve economic occupancy and total income goals. This will involve understanding financials, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to drive results.
