Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Scheduling Manager to join our team at Antenna Research Associates Inc.

This is a challenging role that requires strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements and ensure inventory availability.
  • Analyze back orders, current orders, and upcoming orders to prioritize and schedule production activities.
  • Collaborate with management to coordinate production planning and improve runtime efficiency.
  • Develop and implement inventory management processes to avoid shortages and excesses of materials.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to schedules and make adjustments as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) is desired but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics processes for planning and production.
  • Experience with Costpoint or ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office products - PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
