We are seeking compassionate and skilled LPNs to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents in Olympia.

Job Summary

This Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role involves providing one-to-one patient care in a home environment, executing physicians' prescribed plans of care, and documenting care provided. The ideal candidate will have a good standing license (LPN) in the state where they will practice, current CPR certification, and a willingness to administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing one-to-one patient care in a home environment
  • Executing physicians' prescribed plans of care and documenting care provided
  • Administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Patient assessments and coordination of care
  • Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members
Qualifications:
  • Good standing license (LPN) in the state where they will practice
  • Current CPR certification

The estimated salary range for this LPN role is $32-$38 per hour, with case-specific rates available.
