Forensic Counselor Role

About the Position
Endeavor Health Services is seeking a skilled Forensic Counselor to join our team. As a Forensic Counselor, you will work with individuals involved in the criminal justice system, providing mental health services and substance use treatment.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based practices and curriculum.
• Assess risk and needs for individuals seeking treatment using a comprehensive bio-psycho-social assessment.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop strength-based treatment plans.
• Utilize forensic-based assessment tools, such as Static-99R, Stable-2007, and Acute-2007, to inform treatment decisions.
• Manage an integrated caseload of individuals pursuing forensic, mental health, and substance use goals.

Requirements
• Master's degree in a mental health or social work-related field and eligibility for licensure within 18 months of hire.
• One year of direct service experience preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge base in direct clinical service and advisement.
