Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met
  • Collaborate with other care providers to create a safe and comfortable therapeutic environment
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers

Requirements:

  • Degree from a Maine State Board approved CNA course
  • Valid CNA registry status in the State of Maine
  • 1-3 years of previous CNA experience preferred, but new CNAs with relevant work experience may be considered
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills required
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, and float to other units as needed
