**About the Role:**

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing direct customer service and front desk assistance to our patients and families. This includes admitting, registering, scheduling, and verifying insurance, as well as handling customer account transactions and providing customer assistance.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families
* Manage front desk operations, including admitting, registering, and scheduling
* Handle customer account transactions and provide customer assistance
* Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety

**Requirements:**

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* One (1) year of previously related experience
* Medical Terminology

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Associates Degree in a related field of study
* Previous medical office experience
