As a Logistics Coordinator at Johnson Controls, you will play a critical role in managing warehouse duties and ensuring seamless delivery operations. Key responsibilities include loading and unloading deliveries, operating a forklift, and maintaining a clean work environment.

When not delivering orders, you will collaborate with various departments to provide exceptional customer service and support warehouse operations. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and personal development within a supportive and inclusive work culture.

Job Overview
  • Manage warehouse duties including loading/unloading deliveries, operating a forklift, and ensuring a clean work environment.
  • Deliver orders in a safe and undamaged manner in 26' company truck that meet the needs and schedule/demand of our customers and spoke stores.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via face-to-face interaction, phone calls, or other necessary means to provide best-in-class service.

You will work closely with other vital departments such as Inside & outside Sales team and Customer Service to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent combined education and experience.
  • Experience with driving a 26' box truck.
  • Ability to pass a driving test.
  • Proficiency in a Windows operating environment, including email and Microsoft Office software.
