Job Overview

Your Role and Responsibilities

As an Account Technician, you will:

  • Handle requests from policyholders efficiently
  • Utilize technology and resources to manage tasks and policy renewals
  • Maintain an assigned territory and manage volume effectively
  • Ensure high quality and efficiency in team operations
  • Process renewals and endorsements accurately
  • Analyze and respond to requests via various communication methods
  • Follow up on requests and initiate renewal processes
  • Meet service standards while maintaining accuracy in a high-demand environment
