About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and lead a team of data engineers, product owners, and data management specialists to support R&D data capture management and creation of data products.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data products that fuel large-scale AI model training and facilitate access to high-performance computing.

Implement data governance strategies that ensure consistency, quality, and security of data across R&ED organization.

Requirements:

Master's degree in a relevant field, PhD preferred.

12+ years of experience in data science, management, or a related field, with a strong foundation in life sciences and digital technologies.

Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions, with experience in coaching and monitoring team members.

Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
