What You'll DoAs a Claim Service Specialist, you'll serve as an advocate for our customers, providing direct support and guidance during challenging times. Your responsibilities will include inspecting damage, investigating documentation, and ensuring accurate and fair recordings.
You'll be responsible for thoroughly reviewing claim case facts, determining coverage, liability, and reserves, and accurately reporting on each settlement. Effective negotiation skills are essential, as you'll navigate settlements with individuals, attorneys, and other insurance carriers.
New to insurance? Don't worry – we'll provide the necessary training. What's essential is your ability to deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively.
