About the Role: As a General Manager at Domino's Franchise, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our franchise location. Your responsibilities will include managing productivity, building and maintaining a high-performing team, completing administrative tasks, monitoring food and labor costs, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Control: Manage expenses and maintain a high level of cost efficiency.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Cash Control: Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a secure cash environment.
  • Customer Relations: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Staffing: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Paperwork: Complete all necessary administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Food Management: Manage food quality, preparation, and presentation.
  • Perfect Image: Maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment.
  • Store Cleanliness: Ensure the store is clean and well-maintained at all times.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and growth.
  • Profitability: Focus on increasing profitability through efficient operations and effective cost management.
  • Training: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.
  • Attendance & Punctuality: Ensure team members adhere to attendance and punctuality expectations.
  • Protection of Company Assets: Safeguard company assets and maintain a secure store environment.

Requirements:

  • General Job Duties: Perform various tasks, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing customer orders, completing inventory and associated paperwork, maintaining a clean restaurant facility, and successfully completing required training and job orientation.
  • Professionally Communicate: Clearly communicate with customers and staff, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Basic Math: Perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately.
  • Accuracy in Money Handling: Handle money transactions accurately and maintain a secure cash environment.
  • Rapid, Accurate Hand-Eye Coordination: Perform tasks requiring hand-eye coordination quickly and accurately.
  • Basic Computer Knowledge: Utilize basic computer skills for order entry and administrative tasks.

Work Conditions: As a General Manager at Domino's Franchise, you will be exposed to varying and adverse weather conditions when performing outside tasks. You will also work in an in-store environment with temperatures ranging from 36-90 degrees, sudden changes in temperature, fumes from food odors, exposure to cornmeal dust, cramped working quarters, hot surfaces/tools, and sharp edges/moving mechanical parts.

Senses: Speaking and hearing clearly when communicating with others, near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks, accurate depth perception, and ability to decipher hot and cold surfaces.

Temperament: Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone or with others, work under stress, meet strict quality standards, analyze and compile data, make professional judgments and decisions.

Physical Requirements: Standing for long periods of time, walking on various floor types, sitting for administrative tasks and online training, lifting packages up to 50lbs, carrying weight up to 30lbs, climbing, stooping/bending/crouching/squatting/reaching, and extended use of hands to manipulate dough and use tools.

Additional Information: This is a salaried position with earning potential from $48k to $55k and health benefits after 90 days.
