About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at the Kennedy-Donovan Center. As a Pediatric SLP, you will play a vital role in supporting families and children with developmental needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with families to identify each child's strengths and developmental needs, working collaboratively to develop an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP).
  • Conduct home visits to provide developmental stimulation, parent training, and support, as well as facilitate parent/child and/or child groups.
  • Oversee case management and referral services to assigned caseload, maintaining effective communication with physicians, clinics, and community agencies participating in each child's care.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and an active Massachusetts CCC-SLP License.
  • Meet DPH requirements.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Pediatric experience.
Physical Requirements
  • Frequent movement within the classroom, including kneeling, bending, sitting, lifting, and positioning of children.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds alone, 51+ pounds with assistance.
