About the Job
\We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals at Gold Standard Therapy Solutions. As a contract PTA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide top-notch rehabilitation services to patients in their homes.
\With a strong focus on patient independence and quality of life, we strive to deliver exceptional home health rehabilitation services that exceed expectations. Our unique approach emphasizes building trust, establishing relationships, and achieving quality outcomes that go beyond the home setting.
\As a Home Healthcare Therapist with Gold Standard Therapy Solutions, you will have the opportunity to implement treatment plans and guide patients in therapeutic exercises. Your compassionate approach will contribute to patients achieving their goals and improving their overall independence and quality of life.

- A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.\
- The autonomy to set your own pay rate, pick your coverage area, control your schedule, and accept as many or as few patients that fit your needs.\

- Access to experienced support staff available from 7 am-7 pm daily to aid with any questions or guidance you may need.\
- A web-based documentation system operated by DeVero, providing an efficient process to transfer documentation and communicate directly with the agency.\
Requirements\
- \
- A minimum of 1 year of licensed Physical Therapist Assistant experience, with experience in home healthcare preferred.\
- Strong self-management skills and the ability to work independently.\
- Responsive and timely communication through messaging.\
- Proficient in the documentation and ensuring timely completion.\
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a compassionate approach.\
- An active California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.\
- A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.\
- Current CPR certification and professional liability insurance.\
- A physical examination conducted within the last 2 years.\
- Tuberculosis (TB) test conducted within the last 1-2 years, depending on the test type.\
- Possession of an Employer Identification Number (EIN) with an active business license.\
