Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Specialist to join our team in Lutz. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $18-$25 per hour depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process biweekly and monthly commission payrolls using Paycom timekeeping and payroll software.
  • Update payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department position or rate changes.
  • Prepare reports from dealership DMS for departmental service productivity and sales commissions, posting to accounting.
  • Monthly pay accrual & PTO posting, 401K verify upload to administrator submissions, employee benefits paid monthly, and workers compensation payments.
