Clinical Manager Hospice Lead

Medi Home Hospice, a leading provider of home healthcare services, seeks a highly skilled Clinical Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality care to our Hospice patients in Pittsburgh (Allegheny, Westmoreland) PA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Approve requests for services, re-certifications, add-on orders, and changes.
- Oversee the scheduling of all patient services.
- Receive and approve patient re-certifications and discharges.
- Audit physician's modified orders for accuracy, legibility, and content prior to forwarding to the physician's office for signature.
- Review and sign all lab reports, notifying the physician of any clinical facts related to the patient's condition.
- Conduct in-home supervisory visits.
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of PA from an accredited school of nursing required.
- Minimum of one-year Hospice experience preferred.
- Minimum of two years nursing experience.
