Job Summary: White Lodging is seeking a highly motivated Houseperson to join our team. As a Houseperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel facilities.
Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch service to guests, anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
Restock linen closets, linen and storage rooms with linen and supplies.
Strip guest rooms of linen and trash as needed.
Vacuum and/or mop hallways and stairwells, ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests.
Clean the lobby, including the registration desk, and ensure the glass doors are fingerprint-free.
Maintain public restrooms, including cleaning the sink, toilet, and mopping the floor, and replenishing supplies as needed.
Ensure the pool area is clean and well-maintained, including replenishing supplies, taking out trash, and cleaning glass doors and tables.
Clean the exercise room, including mirrors, equipment, and glass doors, and take out trash.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Experience in customer service and a desire to provide exceptional service to guests.
Ability to use good judgment and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
Certification in Houseperson training and ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 25 lbs. occasionally.
Ability to move and stand for extended periods of time.
