Job Summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Oncology team in Arlington, Massachusetts.

This is a 36-hour per week, 12-hour night shift position that requires a high level of clinical expertise and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care according to the philosophy and standards of the Department of Nursing.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care that reflect the needs and goals of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in oncology nursing.
Requirements
  • Current license from the Massachusetts Board of Registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Effective verbal, electronic, and written communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency, with experience in electronic medical records and other healthcare software.
