Job Summary

The Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join their team. This role will provide administrative support for the Accounts Payable staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in accounts payable and general accounting.

About the Job

This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel. Experience with Epicor and QuickBooks accounting systems is a plus. The successful candidate must be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a positive attitude and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain organized accounts payable files and ensure accurate processing of invoices.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal customers.
  • Assist with audit requests, data requests, and other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Cut and mail checks, file invoices, and perform other essential tasks.
Requirements
  • Strong PC skills with proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel.
  • Experience with Epicor and QuickBooks accounting systems preferred.
  • Demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethic.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
