Salary and Benefits

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing multi-disciplinary team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for establishing speech and language treatment goals through dynamic assessment tools, consulting with multidisciplinary team members, and providing individual therapy sessions, group treatments, and co-treats as needed.

  • You will maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and billing in compliance with federal and state regulations and company policy.
  • You will provide play-based and goal-based interventions to develop receptive and expressive language skills, considering sensory processing, regulation, and motor differences.
  • You will facilitate functional experiences to target and achieve individualized goals, devise strategies to support communication across settings, and collaborate with patients and families to understand their values, interests, and goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, be licensed to practice in California, have excellent clinical skills, and be comfortable working in a multi-disciplinary setting. You should also be flexible, open to learning, and appreciate a wide range of therapeutic approaches.

A passion for working with children and proficiency in using software and systems, including electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products, is highly desirable. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information is also preferred.
