Marketing Campaign Strategist

Manpower Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Generalist to join our team. As a Marketing Generalist, you will be responsible for crafting and executing retail media campaigns, including paid search and display, across Retail Media Networks. You will also manage promotions to drive profitable growth and customer dedication.
Key Responsibilities
Develop strategic marketing plans that generate customer growth
Engage directly with customers to deliver a positive impact
Execute retail media campaigns and promotions
Partner with the Marketing team and Sales Leadership to establish business plans and marketing opportunities
Plan, execute, and measure promotions and retail media campaigns to ensure efficient and effective content, execution, and activation
Requirements
4+ years of experience in Marketing
Bachelor's Degree
Experience with Pacvue system (preferred)
