Job Summary

The Diverse Communication Specialist will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive communication services to patients with speech and language disorders. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the needs of each patient.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients with speech and language disorders to identify their needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and age groups.
What We Offer
