Inventory Control Specialist

The Inventory Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by managing inventory levels, controlling stock, and maintaining accurate records. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records
Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce waste
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and improve supply chain efficiency
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
Associate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of experience in inventory management or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
