About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Newton, Massachusetts. This is a full-time opportunity for a dedicated professional who can provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with patients of various ages and backgrounds, providing comprehensive care that addresses their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.

You will also have the chance to work in a variety of settings, including med-surg units, emergency departments, and intensive care units. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality patient care, and we strive to create a positive and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care using evidence-based practices
  • Oversee other assigned team members and contribute to a positive work environment
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, preferred
  • Demonstrated clinical competence and experience as required by the specific job posting
  • 1 year Med/Surg experience required, unless otherwise noted in job posting
