Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Motor Vehicle Direct Client Service Specialist I. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients while ensuring accurate and timely processing of licenses and vehicle registrations. This role requires a strong understanding of licensing and registration procedures, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer written and road tests in various weather conditions
- Process large sums of money accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet production goals
- Develop and maintain knowledge of licensing and registration procedures

About You:
We are looking for an individual who possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. A minimum of two years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a government setting, is required. Additionally, proficiency in computer programs and the ability to work independently are essential qualifications for this position.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year (dependent on experience)
