Job Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team in Lincolnton, NC.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized educational programs for students with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
  • Provide one-on-one and small-group instruction to students with disabilities.
  • Collaborate with school staff and families to support student progress and development.
  • Monitor and assess student performance, adjusting teaching methods as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student achievements and behavior.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Special Education is required.
  • Adaptive Certification is also required.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 based on industry standards and location. The exact salary will depend on qualifications and experience.
