We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a New Home Sales Representative.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling newly constructed homes and guiding the sales transaction through closing. You will work closely with construction staff, Realtors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless sales processes and maintain quality standards.

About the Role:

  • Sell and obtain contracts to sell newly constructed homes and facilitate the sales transaction through closing.
  • Develop and maintain marketing and Realtor contact programs to facilitate sales and monitor model and inventory homes.
  • Work with construction staff and attend training meetings to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales success history with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, Realtors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a drive to succeed and overcome objections.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; High school diploma or GED required.
  • Current, valid driver's license required, and a vehicle that complies with company policies.
