We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Technician to join our team at AMERICAN SYSTEMS. As a Service Desk Technician, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a liaison between customers and internal support staff
  • Assisting with installing, troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving Windows servers and other computer-related equipment problems
  • Informing and meeting with the technical support team daily or as required to discuss new workload assignments

Our ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in a Service Desk environment and a Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a robust benefits package that includes an Employee Stock Option Plan, a week in the life of a Service Desk Technician, and a salary/hourly range of $45,000-$65,000.
