Revenue Growth Specialist

Job Summary:
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company and contribute to its success. As a Revenue Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing targeted sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in the multifamily residential building industry
- Prospect for new leads/accounts and follow up on sales leads and accounts as assigned
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and other documentation to support the sales process
- Identify and overcome sales objections
- Accurately track sales activities/progress in Salesforce
- Negotiate agreements and work with internal teams to deliver on client promises
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in B2B solution selling with a proven track record of exceeding sales objectives
- Extensive experience working with real estate developers and property managers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Creativity, humor, honesty, and integrity are highly desirable
