Job Summary:

As a Revenue Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing targeted sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in the multifamily residential building industry
  • Prospect for new leads/accounts and follow up on sales leads and accounts as assigned
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and other documentation to support the sales process
  • Identify and overcome sales objections
  • Accurately track sales activities/progress in Salesforce
  • Negotiate agreements and work with internal teams to deliver on client promises

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B solution selling with a proven track record of exceeding sales objectives
  • Extensive experience working with real estate developers and property managers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Creativity, humor, honesty, and integrity are highly desirable
