Pest Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pest Control Specialist to join our team at EcoShield Pest Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive solutions for pest-free living, delivering above and beyond experiences to our customers, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide exclusion and/or manual solutions to building interiors and exteriors of buildings for rodent control
- Provide remediation services to crawl spaces and attics for rodent control and thermal improvement
- Accomplish all tasks while utilizing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Work with inspectors to provide the best solutions for customers to help our customers maintain a high quality of life
- Work effectively and safely with all tools and equipment. Maintain these tools and equipment.
- Complete all work with the highest degree of respect toward each customer and their property
- Interact with customers, face-to-face, to explain service features and benefits
- Follow scheduled routes, communicate with office staff and managers, and maintain accurate and organized service records
- Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle while keeping the vehicle and other equipment in clean and working order, while adhering to the Company Vehicle Policy
- Drive a box truck when required, adhering to DOT and safety requirements in addition to adhering to Company Box Truck Policy
- Manage inventory, equipment, and tools by reporting to the branch for restocks, and the checking in/out of equipment
- Have a commitment to safety in all job areas, including driving, service, and training; this includes participation in on-site meetings and trainings
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Must be 21 years of age or older (insurance carrier may make some age-based exceptions) and possess an active driver's license with an MVR that meets insurance requirements
- Have a commitment to safety in all job areas, including driving, service, job site, ladder, roof and training
- Ability to work Monday - Friday, some Saturdays, and some holidays
- Must earn and maintain state-required training and licensing (provided)
