Parts Advisor

Victor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a highly organized and dedicated Parts Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our parts department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

• Assist service technicians in selecting parts needed for repairs
• Sell parts to customers and provide price quotes
• Pull purchased parts from stock and maintain accurate inventory
• Field phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Communicate with the service department regarding special-order parts status
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of dealer-level or large facility experience preferred
• Knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram automotive products strongly preferred
• Valid NYS driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work Saturdays and maintain a flexible schedule
• Excellent customer service skills and a neat, clean, and professional appearance
