Job Overview:
BayCare Health System seeks a Registered Dietitian to provide optimal medical nutrition therapy to patients, individuals or groups through comprehensive nutrition assessment and counseling for disease management, treatment and/or prevention.

About the Role:
This position is responsible for defining nutritional status, making recommendations and implementing nutrition interventions. As a Registered Dietitian, you will work closely with healthcare teams to develop personalized nutrition plans that promote optimal health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and provide counseling for disease management, treatment and/or prevention
  • Define nutritional status and make recommendations for improved health outcomes
  • Implement nutrition interventions tailored to individual patient needs


Requirements:
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) licensure through CDR and registration in the State of Florida
  • Or successful completion of national registration and state licensure within 12 months of employment
  • Bachelors Degree, with a Masters Degree required if not initially credentialed by a certain date
  • Location: Mease Countryside, Safety Harbor, FL
  • Full Time, 8:00am to 4:30pm, occasional weekend work, no on call

  • Estimated salary range $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
