Client Service Manager II

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Manager II to join our team at Washington Trust Bank. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our commercial and private banking clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with their banking services, including opening new accounts, sending wires, and assisting with credit card activities.
- Cultivate relationships with clients and anticipate their future needs.
- Provide expert solutions to client problems and seek counsel from Relationship Managers as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate information is provided to clients and the team.
- Maintain orderly and accurate files on current and potential clients.
Requirements
- 5 years' client service work experience related to commercial and/or private banking.
- College-level course work in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- Demonstrated competence in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn Bank operating systems.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize assignments and handle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service to both internal and external clients.
