Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Telemetry team as a Senior Telemetry Nurse Specialist. This role will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with medical providers, and advocating for patients and their families. Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in line with departmental standards and state regulations
  • Collaborate with medical providers and the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's values and mission
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements

  • RN licensed in the State of Texas or Compact
  • BCLS certification; ACLS certification (within six months for new graduates)
  • Associates Degree or BSN; Critical Care Background preferred
  • Proficiency in EKG, dysrhythmia recognition, and basic computer skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Range

$65,000-$85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
