Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit as a Clinical Staff Nurse. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care based on the Watson Model of Care, while collaborating with medical staff and adhering to hospital protocols.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient-centered care based on the Watson Model of Care
  • Coordinate care and ensure effective communication with patients and medical staff
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care
  • Evaluate patient outcomes and make necessary adjustments to care plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent required; BSN preferred
  • Current California RN license required
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience; 12 months of Med/Surg/Telemetry or Critical Care experience preferred
  • Certification in Progressive Critical Care Nursing or Medical/Surgical Nursing preferred
  • Bilingual skills preferred (Spanish)
  • Basic computer skills required; Electronic Medical Record experience preferred
Salary

$85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on experience
