Warehouse Operations Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse operations at Advanced Fluid Systems. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving shipments, processing orders, and storing/organizing inventory in a neat and organized fashion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process shipments efficiently and accurately.
- Pull stock to fulfill and prepare orders for shipping.
- Enter and print labels for FedEx and UPS shipments.
- Ensure orders are accurate and maintain an elevated level of customer satisfaction.
- Inspect incoming shipments for any damage, defects, or errors; if found, report immediately.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED is recommended, but not mandatory.
- Previous experience working in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to use warehouse equipment, including forklift, pallet jacks, and hand trucks is recommended.
- Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects is mandatory.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Compensation:
- Salary range is $15.00 to $18.00 an hour based on experience.
