Job Overview

This role serves as a critical member of our Walmart/Sam's Club team, working closely with our VP and SVP to manage and deliver business objectives for our Walmart Private Brands Cookies/Crackers business, Sam's Snacks business, and Walmart International business.

You will lead cross-functional partners and key customer contacts to achieve revenue and profit objectives, driving business development and growth through strategic partnerships and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationships and Business Development: Work closely with WMT US Cookies/Crackers, Deli Team, Front-End Team, and WMT INTL countries (CAM, Chile, and MEX) to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Revenue and EBITDA Objectives: Deliver against quarterly and annual revenue and EBITDA targets, driving sales growth and profitability.
  • Business Opportunity Identification and Development: Identify, develop, and secure internal alignment via our 'Stage Gate' process and Commercialization team to drive business growth.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Manage the forecasting process to provide accurate demand signals, maximizing sales and minimizing scrap.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with key stakeholders, including Shearer's leadership, commercialization, finance, demand planning, customer service, customer merchandising, private brands, sourcing, and quality teams.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of Walmart and/or Sam's Supplier Sales experience.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, critical thinking, analytical, and leadership skills; track record of achieving goals and objectives; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
