Job Summary:

Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join their team for a contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years of job-related experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive troubleshooting and maintenance of laptops, tablets, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot core end-user software and non-core software as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and install network and networked peripherals issues.
  • Document troubleshooting steps applied in ticketing systems and share findings with peers.
  • Update physical assets within asset management tracking systems.
  • Educate customers on better uses of IT while performing troubleshooting of existing or new devices.
  • Perform customer service representative responsibilities as needed.
