Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sanitation schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of sanitation team members to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and sanitizing of food assembly lines and non-food handling areas.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any sanitation-related issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure seamless integration of sanitation activities with production processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members, production staff, and other stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and quality.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of previous sanitation supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sanitation schedules and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
