Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee and review the Composite Army National Guard Safety Development and Assessment Program to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct site assessments and travel to various states to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with state occupational health professionals to coordinate inspections and provide technical assistance.
  • Prepare detailed reports on findings and recommendations for senior military leadership.
  • Develop and implement special studies and projects to enhance occupational health services and policies.
Requirements
  • Must be a licensed registered nurse with a strong background in occupational health.
  • Knowledge of Army policies, OSHA regulations, and federal occupational health laws.
  • Ability to travel frequently for assessments and inspections.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct special projects and studies as directed.
