RemX is seeking a skilled Tax Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tax compliance and developing tax planning strategies to support the company's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file tax returns, including federal, state, and local taxes (income, sales, use, property, payroll).
  • Ensure timely submission of required filings and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct tax research and stay updated on new tax laws and regulatory changes.
  • Develop and execute tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities and enhance financial performance.
  • Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors as necessary.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of tax preparation and compliance experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
