Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Weekender RN Specialist. In this role, you will be working three 12-hour shifts every weekend, covering Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. As a Weekender RN, you will be considered full-time for wage purposes and benefits accrual, with a guaranteed minimum of 48 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care on a part-time schedule
  • Work closely with our medical team to ensure seamless transitions and effective communication
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to regulatory standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
  • Current state RN license
  • 1+ year of acute care experience
  • BSN preferred, but not required
