Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead our Rochester, New York Branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve business goals and objectives
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and operational efficiency

Requirements
  • Prior experience in customer service and leadership roles with profit and loss responsibility
  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly grow sales in a retail environment
  • Experience building and maintaining cross-functional relationships
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications
