Qualifications:
- B.S. in Civil Engineering (M.S. a plus)
- 3-7 years professional engineering experience
- Ability to speak and write professionally
- E.I.T. or Professional Engineering Licensure (P.E.)
- Proficiency in computer modeling software such as AutoCAD/Civil 3D or HEC-RAS
