Customer Service Representative

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Operations department, you will play a vital role in assisting our customers and carrier partners by providing exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Order Management: Audit customer-entered orders for completion and accuracy, and procure and correct missing and incorrect order information.
- Communication: Communicate delivery updates to customers and obtain pickup/delivery updates from carriers via our transportation management system (TMS).
- Problem-Solving: Collaborate with our Operations Team to mitigate delivery issues and provide solutions to customers.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, even in high-pressure situations, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Operations Team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Experience: Previous experience in shipping/trucking carriers or a related field is preferred.
- Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and carrier partners.
- Organizational Skills: High level of organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to problem-solve on the spot and provide solutions to customers.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, and the ability to learn new software.
- Language Skills: Ability to read, write, type, and speak English fluently is a requirement of this position.
