Job Summary:
As a Production Supervisor with Aramark Uniform Services, you will be responsible for leading a team of production employees to ensure efficient and safe operations. This role requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and develop a high-performing team. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations, as well as promoting safety policies and awareness. If in a union facility, you will assist in developing an effective management/labor relationship. You will also supervise, evaluate, and provide performance feedback to ensure all company standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead production employees to perform in a proficient manner
• Ensure employees are following all safety and operating procedures
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
• Maintain compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations
• Promote safety policies and awareness
Requirements:
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced production environment required
• One plus years supervisory experience preferred
• Familiarity with OSHA and safety regulations
