Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Intermediate Care team at Norman Regional Health System. As a critical care nurse, you will provide exceptional patient care to individuals with complex medical conditions, particularly in our dedicated stroke unit.

Your role will involve systematically assessing patient health needs, implementing evidence-based nursing interventions, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and reassess patient health needs to develop effective care plans
  • Implement and coordinate care through evidence-based interventions
  • Evaluate patient outcomes to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Master's of Science in Nursing preferred
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) training or retraining required during orientation
Compensation:

$27.84-$45.46 per hour based on experience

Shift differentials available: $2.50 per hour for evenings, $3.00 per hour for overnights, and $3.00 per hour for weekends
