Job Summary:

Domino's Pizza LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager Trainee to join our team. As a General Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control store expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all financial reports and records.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer awareness.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
