About This Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Family Medicine physician to lead our new clinic in Oklahoma, designed to provide high-quality care to Medicaid patients. As Medical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of the clinic, managing a team of Advanced Practice Providers and Clinical Assistants, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Our ideal candidate is a dedicated and compassionate leader who is passionate about improving healthcare access for underserved populations. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Clinic Director and Office Supervisor to develop and implement effective strategies for enhancing patient care and promoting a positive work environment.
In this role, you will also have the chance to participate in our Clinic Leadership Program, which provides training and support to help you excel as a medical leader. Our program includes mentorship opportunities, leadership development workshops, and networking events with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide medical leadership and oversight to the clinic team, ensuring excellent patient care and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for enhancing patient care and promoting a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and referrals.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and compassion within the clinic.

What We're Looking For
- A board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine physician with at least 3 years of practice experience.
