Estimated Salary: $10,000 Sign on Bonus + Competitive Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plans, six paid holidays, and PTO (paid time off).

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a Dental Hygienist at Hanfield Village Dental Care, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

  • You will work closely with our experienced dentist to provide thorough dental exams, cleanings, and other preventive care services to our patients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, understanding their unique needs and concerns, and tailoring your approach to ensure optimal care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry, participating in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A current dental hygienist license in North Carolina and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • CPR Certification.
