Boston, Massachusetts, United States Tufts Medical Center Full time

At Tufts Medical Center, we value our nurses as integral to everything we do. They are often the first point of contact for patients and play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care.

The professional registered nurse possesses and applies the skills and knowledge necessary for the delivery and management of patient care from admission through discharge. This role focuses on providing professional and non-professional nursing care services in accordance with physician orders.

A key aspect of this position is assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care needs of designated patients or providing nursing care and identified clinical support tasks within the scope of practice for achievement of the patient's plan of care as directed.

This role also involves performing clinical nurse duties, including providing professional nursing care to patients, requiring a nursing license. The majority of time is spent overseeing the design, implementation or delivery of processes, programs and policies using specialized knowledge and skills typically acquired through advanced education.

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at $85,000 per year, which includes benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off. We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity and inclusion at Tufts Medicine.

This role requires a Registered Nurse (RN) license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree and specialty nursing certifications are preferred.
